Quality

Quality is an area of particular focus

The Laska supply chain is based only on proven and certified manufacturers that meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949:2016.
At our laboratories, featuring state-of-the-art testing and measuring equipment, we can carry out the tests required by our quality assurance system. We have a certified quality management system based on EN ISO 9001:2015.

All of our products and materials can be accurately identified and traced according to batch and product numbers.

A detailed product data sheet is available for each material. Our Quality Control is responsible for managing the quality of our products. Incoming deliveries are checked and documented according to a random sampling system, as per ISO 2859-1 AQL 1.5, while outgoing goods are in line with the customer’s specifications.

Every detail matters

Our laboratory is able to test a variety of product properties, such as:

  • geometry (profile, diameter, angle, ... ) as per ISO 3601-01, PN-EN ISO 286-1:2011
  • surface quality (mould shifts, outflows, cracks) as per ISO 3601-03
  • material properties (Shore-A hardness, IRHD-Micro hardness, HRB, HRC, Rockwell, Vickers hardness, density, compression module, ...)
  • IACS conductivity
  • change in material properties over time (ageing)
  • material resistance to external factors (media, temperature)
  • IACS conductivity

Plastics hardness measurement using a Digi Test II hardness tester from Bareiss Prüfgerätebau GmbH. The head makes fully automatic measurements, with the results shown on an electronic display. Unlike traditional hardness testers, which only measure flat-surface samples, the Bareiss Digi test II is capable of testing hardness on surfaces of different shapes.

Measurement standards: DIN ISO 7619 / DIN ISO 48, ISO 48-2/3/4 / ASTM D 2240 / ASTM D 1415 / NF T 51-174 / NF T46-003-4 / NF T51-174 JISK 6253, DIN ISO 27588

Examination of surface defects using the VISION SX25 stereo microscope. The quality of the optics ensures high-resolution imaging, while the large working distance and depth of field make it possible to examine components having complex shapes. Magnification from x10 to x180 gives the option to examine details on different scales.

Test standards: ISO 3601-01, PN-EN ISO 286-1:2011, ISO 3601-03

Measurement of the shape geometry for a robotic sheet welding arm. ZEISS CONTURA is equipped with an active scanning head, a flexible RDS swivel joint and ZEISS navigator technology for smooth measurements without breaks. The system is managed by an easy-to-use control panel that can run basic software functions without the use of a computer.

Test standards: ISO 10360-1:2000, ISO 10360-2:2009, ISO 10360-4:2000, ISO 12181 (VDI/VDE 2617), 10360-5:2010, ISO 10360-5:2010

Seal geometry measurement with a microscope and VISION HAWK measuring system. A three-axis measuring microscope equipped with a precision measuring table featuring a large working surface. The patented DYNASCOPE® technology ensures observation of hard-to-measure elements while maintaining excellent visibility of details. Optical and video measuring systems provide full measurement versatility.

Test standards: ISO 3601-01, PN-EN ISO 286-1:2011, ISO 3601-03, PN - 90/M – 73092, DIN 3771

Measurement of mounting geometries for welding electrodes.

We attach measuring sheets and material certificates to each batch of products. Our production is based on the highest-quality materials manufactured by world leaders in their industries.
